CONSTRUCTION SUPPORT
In addition to the equipment and facility design, we provide engineering support during procurement & construction.
Our engineers work closely with the equipment vendors, to ensure the correct components are ordered and at the expected schedule; we will inspect the equipment upon arrival to make sure it matches the specifications; we approve any variations when the situation arises, and record in to the design documents; we provide engineering inspection during the construction, making sure contractor follow the design standards; we approve WPS and WQP for pipeline works; we collect heat numbers, NDT records, develop as-build drawings and job books; we design and supervise hydrotests; we assist pigging, dewatering and nitrogen purging for pipelines; we assist clients during the start up and commissioning, also develop the operation & maintenance procedures for the new facility as needed.
